1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EriMeals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

EriMeals is a recipe discovery tool that connects to your Pinterest account via the Pinterest API. It allows you to sync your boards and pins, automatically tag them with recipe-related metadata, and search and filter your saved pins by cuisine, meal type, and dietary preferences.

3. Pinterest Account

• You must have a valid Pinterest account to use EriMeals

• You authorize EriMeals to access your Pinterest boards and pins in read-only mode

• You can revoke this access at any time through your Pinterest security settings

• MealPEriMealsins will never create, modify, or delete content on your Pinterest account

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the service

• Not use EriMeals to violate Pinterest's Terms of Service or any applicable laws

• Not attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the service

5. Intellectual Property

Content synced from Pinterest (pin images, titles, descriptions) remains the property of its respective owners. EriMeals does not claim ownership of any Pinterest content. EriMeals only stores this content locally to provide search and filtering functionality to you.

6. Limitations

• EriMeals depends on the Pinterest API and may be affected by Pinterest API availability, rate limits, or changes

• Automatic tag extraction is based on keyword matching and may not always be accurate

• EriMeals is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

EriMeals is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EriMeals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using EriMeals at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to EriMeals at our discretion. Upon termination, your stored data will be deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of EriMeals after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
